COVID-19 Policies
We are committed to following the most stringent recommendations for keeping you, your family, and our organizers healthy and safe. Here is what you can expect before, during, and after your organizing appointment:
Organizers will wear masks while in your home.
Organizers will maintain a distance of six feet from you and others in your home. We will avoid physical contact, including the avoidance of shaking hands.
Organizers will frequently wash/sanitize hands before, during, and after performing services.
Organizers will display the CDC’s Stop the Spread of Germs flyer in a location that can be seen by all while performing services in your home.
If an organizer has tested positive for COVID-19, they will not perform services for 10 days from the day of the test, is fever-free for 24 hours without the use of medicine, and has an improvement in their symptoms.
If an organizer has close and substantial contact (less than 6’ for longer than 15 minutes) with an individual with COVID-symptomatic/confirmed-positive individual, they will not perform services for 14 days.
